* All my pieces are made from one solid solid piece, it has no piece joints or glues.

★ Made in our factory BfC art with a large side grip. They are all made of one solid piece, there are no glued joints. Olive wood is very resistant, very durable and very beautiful, its main peculiarity is its hardness and very closed grain, making it very suitable for food handling, it has a finish with oils suitable for contact with food and its maintenance is very easy.
★ The olive wood, as it is a very hard wood and with a very closed grain, for this , the bacteria cannot be deposited on it nor can they reproduce, as for example in other white and loose and lower quality woods, or with plastic or PVC cutting boards that favor the proliferation and reproduction of bacteria according to various studies, this must be taken into account for our health. This also means that by not being able to penetrate into the wood, it does not pick up food odors, so this makes our kitchen cutting boards in olive wood a very good choice for safe food handling.

By accepting a return, you accept that we deduct from the total of the return of your order, the shipping costs that we have had, to send you the package that according to the destination will be:
Europe = -16€
USA, Canada, UK = -30€
Rest of the world= -40 €
The customer is responsible for repackaging the item, ensuring that it is well protected, and is responsible for sending the package to our factory, by means of the transportation that he or she deems appropriate, assuming the relevant charges for the transportation of the return. If the customer does not have the necessary means for this, we can offer a carrier ourselves, assuming a return price of 16€ in Europe , €30 in the USA and €40 for the rest of the world

The craftsmanship is excellent and it really complements our kitchen beautifully. Communication with the seller was smooth and they were very responsive throughout. There was a small hiccup with the delivery due to a courier error, which was understandably outside the seller’s control. That said, they took our feedback about the courier’s reputation positively and professionally

Item arrived with a bogged up (repaired) crack not on one side but both. Flipping it over to hide the damage is therefore impossible. Considering it’s a show piece at a commercial outlet and cost $300, it’s disappointing to receive an item which has not been overlooked but twice repaired and sent anyway without an option to reconsider.
